ฉบับนี้เป็นแม่แบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ไม่ใช่สัญญาฉบับสุดท้าย ผู้ประกอบการควรให้ที่ปรึกษากฎหมายท้องถิ่นตรวจชื่อคู่สัญญา ภาษี การคืนเงิน เขตอำนาจศาล และขอบเขตใบอนุญาตก่อนเปิดขายจริง

1. ขอบเขตบริการ

EVELTRADE ให้ซอฟต์แวร์และโครงสร้างเทคโนโลยีสำหรับข้อมูลตลาด การวิเคราะห์ กลยุทธ์ การเรียนรู้ Dashboard การแจ้งเตือน และการควบคุม Connector/Execution ตามสิทธิ์ของบัญชี ฟีเจอร์บางอย่างอาจยังอยู่ในช่วงทดลองหรือไม่เปิดในบางประเทศ

2. บัญชีและความปลอดภัย

ผู้ใช้ต้องรักษารหัสผ่านและ Secret Key เป็นความลับ ห้ามแชร์สิทธิ์บัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต คีย์อาจมีอายุและต้อง Rotate ตามนโยบาย

3. Subscription และเครดิต

แพ็กเกจอาจเป็นรายเดือน 6 เดือน หรือ 1 ปีตามที่แสดงในระบบ การชำระเงินจริงใช้ราคา/สกุลเงินที่ Checkout แสดง เครดิตจากการแนะนำเป็นเครดิตภายในสำหรับต่ออายุ/สิทธิ์ที่กำหนด ไม่ใช่เงินสดและไม่สามารถถอนเป็นเงินสด เว้นแต่กฎหมาย/ข้อกำหนดระบุเป็นอย่างอื่น

4. การควบคุมการทำงาน

ผู้ใช้เป็นผู้ตั้ง Start/Stop, Schedule, Strategy และ Risk Settings ของตน ฟีเจอร์ AUTO อาจถูก BLOCKED หากไม่ผ่านสิทธิ์ ตารางเวลา ความเสี่ยง สถานะ Connector หรือข้อจำกัดทางกฎหมาย/ผู้ให้บริการ

5. ไม่มีคำรับประกันผลตอบแทน

บริการไม่รับประกันกำไรหรือผลตอบแทน และการแสดงข้อมูล/โมเดลไม่ควรถูกตีความเป็นการรับรองผลลัพธ์ในอนาคต

6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข

การเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขสำคัญควรแสดง Version/วันที่มีผล และบันทึกการยอมรับใหม่เมื่อเหมาะสม ผู้ใช้อาจต้องยอมรับเอกสารฉบับใหม่ก่อนใช้ฟีเจอร์บางประเภท

7. กฎหมายและใบอนุญาต

ข้อกำกับเกี่ยวกับคำแนะนำ การส่งคำสั่ง การชำระเงิน และผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินแตกต่างกันตามประเทศ การมี Disclaimer ไม่ได้แทนใบอนุญาตที่กฎหมายกำหนด EVELTRADE อาจจำกัดฟีเจอร์ตามเขตอำนาจ

This is a product template, not a final legal agreement. Before commercial launch, local counsel should confirm contracting entity, taxes, refunds, governing law, dispute forum and licensing scope.

1. Service scope

EVELTRADE provides software and technology infrastructure for market data, analytics, strategies, learning, dashboards, alerts and connector/execution controls subject to account entitlement. Some features may be experimental or unavailable in some jurisdictions.

2. Account security

Members must protect passwords and Secret Keys and must not share access without authorization. Keys may expire and require rotation.

3. Subscription and credits

Plans may include monthly, six-month and annual terms as shown in the product. The checkout price/currency controls the actual purchase. Referral credits are internal renewal/entitlement credits, not cash and not cash-withdrawable unless applicable law or published terms say otherwise.

4. Runtime control

Members control Start/Stop, schedules, strategies and risk settings. AUTO may be BLOCKED if entitlement, schedule, risk, connector or legal/provider conditions are not met.

5. No return guarantee

The service does not guarantee profit or return, and model/data outputs must not be interpreted as assurance of future results.

6. Changes to terms

Material changes should be versioned and dated, with renewed acceptance where appropriate before certain features are used.

7. Law and licensing

Advice, execution, payments and financial products are regulated differently by jurisdiction. Disclaimers do not replace required licenses. Features may be restricted by location.

1. Phạm vi dịch vụ

EVELTRADE cung cấp phần mềm và hạ tầng cho dữ liệu, phân tích, chiến lược, học máy, dashboard, cảnh báo và connector/execution theo quyền tài khoản.

2. Bảo mật tài khoản

Người dùng phải bảo vệ password và Secret Key; key có thể hết hạn và cần Rotate.

3. Subscription và credit

Gói có thể theo tháng, 6 tháng hoặc 1 năm. Credit giới thiệu dùng nội bộ cho gia hạn/quyền lợi, không phải tiền mặt.

4. Điều khiển vận hành

Người dùng kiểm soát Start/Stop, Schedule, Strategy và Risk Settings; AUTO có thể bị BLOCKED.

5. Không đảm bảo lợi nhuận

Dịch vụ không đảm bảo lợi nhuận hoặc kết quả tương lai.

6. Thay đổi điều khoản

Thay đổi quan trọng nên có version/ngày hiệu lực và chấp nhận lại khi cần.

7. Pháp luật và giấy phép

Quy định khác nhau theo quốc gia; disclaimer không thay thế giấy phép bắt buộc.

1. サービス範囲

市場データ、分析、戦略、学習、Dashboard、Alert、Connector/Execution制御をアカウント権限に応じて提供します。

2. アカウント安全

PasswordとSecret Keyを保護し、無断共有しないでください。Keyは期限切れ・Rotate対象になる場合があります。

3. SubscriptionとCredit

月額・6か月・年額等のプランがあります。紹介Creditは更新等に使う内部Creditで、原則として現金ではありません。

4. 稼働制御

Start/Stop、Schedule、Strategy、Risk Settingsはユーザーが管理します。条件未達時はAUTOがBLOCKEDになります。

5. 収益保証なし

利益やリターンは保証されません。

6. 規約変更

重要な変更はVersion/施行日を明示し、必要に応じて再同意を求めます。

7. 法令・ライセンス

助言、執行、決済等の規制は法域ごとに異なり、Disclaimerは必要なライセンスの代替ではありません。
